Exchange/Return Policy

At WindWalkers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Exchange/Return Policy below:

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return:

We are happy to accept exchanges for any product that is in new (unused) condition. Whether you'd like a different size, color, or style, we're here to accommodate your needs.

2. Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, simply follow these steps:

  • Mail the product(s) back to us in their original packaging, along with a note specifying the desired exchange (e.g., size, color, style).
  • Include a payment of $12.00 to cover the shipping costs for the new item.
  • Please provide your telephone number in the package so that we may contact you if necessary.

3. Return Process:

In the case of a return, we will issue a credit for the value of the purchased items (excluding shipping costs). This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
